Here are the instructions to send in the mail as well. Attendees will need to register in advance (although it can be seconds before joining the meeting) and download the Zoom app on their computer or mobile device. Click by click instructions are attached. Registering and joining the meeting are rather straightforward, with one exception – if you do not have the Zoom app already on your computer or device, there is one somewhat tricky sidestep involved. The attached instructions should help guide you through. You will need to sign in with your real name so that if we have a quorum for a vote we know who you are and can verify if you are a resident.
